Stainless Steel Enclosed Pump Station
This packaged system is pre-engineered designed for harsh environments such as landfill leachate applications. The system is capable of providing flooded suction pumping from a process tank downstream for storage, treatment or disposal purposes. The system is designed where it can operate on a control loop or in batch flow operation and provide isolated control to ensure absolute assurance of the desired flow conditions. The system is configured to provide feedback through the PLC rack where the operators can see conditions of the skid such as pump speed, pump pressure, valve status, etc. Typical lead time of these systems is 8 weeks with approved order and vendor stock, subject to change.
The system can be adapted to the clients needs with such changes as changing the pump to meet requirements, changing the PLC to Siemens or other brands as required.
In the event the project budget requires something that comes in with a scale of economy that requires less expense, PRM can make design changes as required for your project.

A. If not satisfied with a PRM product for any reason, customers should contact PRM. Returns submitted within 30 days of the original invoice and must be in original packaging and in new condition. Please contact PRM to provide additional information regarding a return.
B. PRM Limited Warranties are applicable to PRM branded products, non-transferable, and warrant against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 1 year after the date of the PRM invoice unless otherwise stated. If PRM approves the product is accepted for return during the limited warranty period, PRM may repair, replace, or refund the amount paid by the customer.
C. Non-PRM branded products retain their manufacturer's warranty. Customer should contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
D. PRM is not liable for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, and/or product modification. PRM's liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
The vast majority of PRM products ship directly from our facility within one business day. High value items such as blowers, pumps, and fans may have extended lead times due to global supply. Please consider contacting PRM prior to your purchase if it's necessary to know an exact delivery date and time.
IMPORTANT: All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage, missing items, or product defects must be reported to both PRM Filtration and the shipping carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for filing a damage claim.
