Industrial Ultrasonic Level Sensor
The PRM Ultrasonic Level Sensor is a reliable and cost-effective solution for level measurement in Industrial applications. This unit is built with an all Aluminum body, ABS sensor pickup and is designed for a range of up to 4 meters. Operating Pressure 4-43 psi and temperature range of -20°F to 194°F. The ULM has an active display and transmits a reliable analog signal for PLC or controller pickup. The units have an IP67 rating and are suitable for use in Hazardous Locations with a Class 1, Division 2 rating when wired properly for the classification environment.
Caution:
The Meter IS NOT intended to be used for Explosion-proof Class 1, Division 1 Hazardous locations nor should be used for flammable product storage such as gasoline or other explosive stored materials. Typical uses are for a water transfer tank in a groundwater remediation system where the classification is Class 1, Division 2 or lower or a water transfer tank. The analog output is intended to be used to interface with a PLC or other device that can use the 4-20mA signal for control purposes.
It is always recommended that this device be used for control and that an auxiliary mechanical High or Low level protection switch be used as a backup to this device should the device fail.

A. If not satisfied with a PRM product for any reason, customers should contact PRM. Returns submitted within 30 days of the original invoice and must be in original packaging and in new condition. Please contact PRM to provide additional information regarding a return.
B. PRM Limited Warranties are applicable to PRM branded products, non-transferable, and warrant against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 1 year after the date of the PRM invoice unless otherwise stated. If PRM approves the product is accepted for return during the limited warranty period, PRM may repair, replace, or refund the amount paid by the customer.
C. Non-PRM branded products retain their manufacturer's warranty. Customer should contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
D. PRM is not liable for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, and/or product modification. PRM's liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
The vast majority of PRM products ship directly from our facility within one business day. High value items such as blowers, pumps, and fans may have extended lead times due to global supply. Please consider contacting PRM prior to your purchase if it's necessary to know an exact delivery date and time.
IMPORTANT: All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage, missing items, or product defects must be reported to both PRM Filtration and the shipping carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for filing a damage claim.
