Mill-Rose Blue Monster® Copper Guard® Anti-Seize Thread Sealing Tape is a unique product designed to permit the easy assembly and disassembly of threaded components. It takes the place of messy and potentially contaminating anti-seize compounds.
Mill-Rose Blue Monster® Copper Guard® Anti-Seize Tape is manufactured from a copper filled PTFE resin. The PTFE provides excellent lubricity while the copper flakes act as slide or bearing plates between the two mating surfaces. Thus, the tape helps prevent galling during assembly and disassembly of components.
When wrapped around a thread, Mill-Rose Blue Monster® Copper Guard® Anti-Seize Thread Sealing Tape seals it from corrosive substances or any dirt or grit likely to cause seizure. Mill-Rose Blue Monster® Copper Guard® Anti-Seize Thread Sealing Tape also prevents components from vibrating loose.
Applications
Mill-Rose Blue Monster® Copper Guard® Anti-Seize Thread Sealing Tape an be applied to any threaded component made from the following metals: galvanized steel, steel, iron, brass, copper, aluminum, titanium and magnesium. It is not recommended for stainless steel. For stainless steel components, Mill-Rose Nickel Guard Anti-Seize Tape is recommended.

Temperature range: -450°F to +500°F (-268°C to +260°C) PTFE is completely stable up to +500°F or +260°C. Decomposition will occur on contact with naked flames. Upon decomposition, the remaining Copper powder will assist disassembly. Copper flake will melt at 1,984°F or 1,084°C.

A. If not satisfied with a PRM product for any reason, customers should contact PRM. Returns submitted within 30 days of the original invoice and must be in original packaging and in new condition. Please contact PRM to provide additional information regarding a return.
B. PRM Limited Warranties are applicable to PRM branded products, non-transferable, and warrant against manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 1 year after the date of the PRM invoice unless otherwise stated. If PRM approves the product is accepted for return during the limited warranty period, PRM may repair, replace, or refund the amount paid by the customer.
C. Non-PRM branded products retain their manufacturer's warranty. Customer should contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
D. PRM is not liable for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, and/or product modification. PRM's liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
The vast majority of PRM products ship directly from our facility within one business day. High value items such as blowers, pumps, and fans may have extended lead times due to global supply. Please consider contacting PRM prior to your purchase if it's necessary to know an exact delivery date and time.
IMPORTANT: All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage, missing items, or product defects must be reported to both PRM Filtration and the shipping carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for filing a damage claim.
