Return Policy


  • We only accept returns for stock items.
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that have been customized for the customer including sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gasses.
  • NOS (New Old Stock) and Used products are exempt from returns and/or refunds. If the condition of the NOS, or Used product is found to be grossly misrepresented or misleading, a return, refund, or exchange may be considered at the sole discretion of PRM.
  • Electronics must be new, in box, uninstalled, and undamaged to be eligible for returns and/or refunds. Electronics include, but not limited to, electrical controls, plc components, solenoid valves, telemetry and remote monitoring equipment, transformers, variable frequency drives, electromagnetic flow meters, and ultrasonic flow meters.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return unless we fail to meet the specification outlined in the order.
  • Hose assemblies are considered custom products and are not eligible for returns.
  • We do not accept returns more than 30 days after purchase.
  • We only accept “full box” returns.  We do not give any credit for partially used boxes.
  • Before you make a return, please contact customer service to receive authorization before you return your product. Customer service will provide a return form that must be shipped back with the item(s). If the supplied return form is not shipped with the item(s), your order will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We reserve the right to collect a restocking fee percentage equal to 10% or $50 (whichever is greater) above what our vendors collect from us on items that ship directly from manufacturers/vendors, and our customers agree to adhere to any policies that our vendors enforce.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a defective or damaged items, contact us by email at or write to us at:

Do not send us a damaged or defective item for exchange prior to contacting us. We cannot accept exchanges unless you have made contact with us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
